STEM Talent Search uses a well-researched, collaboration framework to accelerate STEM learning. In this experience a team of students solve two sets of problems. First problem set involves complex scientific problems which requires the understanding of Math, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology. The second set requires whole team to solve a real-life scientific problem by combining their imagination, and the knowledge of multiple science and math concepts to produce most innovative solution. STEM Talent search promotes out-side-the-box thinking. Students learn to share and collaborate effectively. They get exposed to variety of perspectives which collectively enhances knowledge. STEM Talent Search makes them plan quickly, communicate promptly and execute effectively, making them critical thinker and decision makers.
